About the Role
The Operations Executive Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store and back-end operations. This role includes supervising operational staff, monitoring process adherence, and ensuring smooth functioning of retail activities such as inventory handling, order processing, and store upkeep. The supervisor will track key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities also include coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving operational issues, and communicating clear instructions and feedback to team members. The role requires maintaining compliance with company policies and standards, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to ongoing optimization of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising operational staff.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily retail processes and optimize workflows.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail or similar operational environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and manage shift-based responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
