Role: Field Executive – Sales & Services - CIP Chemicals (Food, Dairy & Beverages)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role involving visits to food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing facilities to promote CIP chemical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer cleaning and hygiene requirements.
• Recommend suitable products.
• Ensure proper application and usage of products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain records of visits.
• Track orders and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in training plant staff on safe and effective CIP practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Field sales or technical services experience, preferably in industrial chemicals or food, dairy, and beverage processing environments.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship management and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and address client needs.
• Basic technical understanding of CIP processes, hygiene standards, and safety practices in production plants, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to plan daily routes and manage time efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits, reports, and follow-ups.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Confidence in presenting and explaining technical information.
• Comfort with on-site work in manufacturing environments.
• Readiness to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region as required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for email, reporting, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, engineering, food technology, or a related field is preferred.
