About the Role
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company’s ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring inventory and order flow.
- Updating product information.
- Improving searchability and conversions.
- Coordinating with operations to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Analyzing sales and website performance.
- Supporting online customer queries.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that increase traffic and revenue.
- Maintaining accurate, clear, and compliant product content.
- Ensuring a positive, respectful customer experience for all online shoppers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online product catalogs and driving conversions.
- Solid Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and recommending improvements.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or ayurvedic products is beneficial.
