About the Role

KITE Institute of Aviation & Hospitality is looking for a passionate and skilled English Faculty member to train students in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication. The candidate will help students improve their fluency, confidence, and interpersonal skills to prepare for careers in the aviation and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes.
• Improve students’ grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
• Train students in public speaking, group discussions, and presentation skills.
• Prepare students for interviews and professional interactions.
• Develop lesson plans and conduct assessments to monitor student progress.
• Provide individual guidance and feedback to improve students’ communication abilities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
