About the Role
Red Craft Events is a Gurugram-based event management company.
The Event Executive role is a full-time, on-site position in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Prepare event proposals and schedules.
- Oversee venue arrangements.
- Coordinate technical setups.
- Manage on-ground event operations.
- Ensure high-quality attendee experiences.
- Maintain documentation.
- Track deliverables.
- Support virtual and hybrid event requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas for event concepts and engagement activities.
- Work closely with account managers and project leads to ensure events are delivered professionally, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and coordination skills, including experience with timelines, budgets, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations, present ideas, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, such as attention to detail, multitasking, documentation, and deadline management.
- Basic technical and digital proficiency, including familiarity with event technology, virtual and hybrid event platforms, and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on designing engaging experiences and resolving issues quickly during planning and live events.
- Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or corporate events is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale, destination, or hybrid events is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as per event requirements.
- Comfortable with travel for events when needed.
