Team Leader, Night Auditing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Leader for our Night Auditing department. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our nightly financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the night auditing process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any discrepancies in financial reporting.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, ensuring that all reports are generated accurately and on time.
• Manage travel arrangements for team members as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated on best practices and new auditing techniques.

Qualifications
