About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to lead the development of a responsive and user-friendly interface for a global audience, particularly targeting users in India. This role focuses on creating scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front-end development, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface.
• Design and implement features tailored for a global user base, with a focus on seamless recruitment experiences for users in India.
• Develop and enhance features that facilitate interactions between companies and job seekers, supporting effective recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align with product goals and requirements.
• Optimize front-end performance for fast load times and smooth experiences across devices and network conditions.
• Conduct testing and debugging of front-end features to ensure high quality and reliability before deployment.
• Maintain documentation for front-end code and development processes.
• Integrate user feedback to make data-driven improvements to the front-end experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Next.js App Router for application routing.
• Styled Components or Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Zustand or Recoil for state management.
• TanStack Query for data fetching and synchronization.
• Experience with handling services for large user volumes, with familiarity in scaling and performance considerations.
• Experience with small deployments.
• Familiarity with Jira for task management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Next.js, Styled Components or Tailwind CSS, Zustand or Recoil, and TanStack Query.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement of MVP versions and a proactive approach to iterative development.
• Willingness to provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Solid understanding of business logic and efficient development methods aligned with business goals.
• Experience with Slack and Notion is advantageous.
• Track record of providing feedback and engaging in self-directed communication is preferred.
