About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Gurugram. You will work on both frontend and backend development, contributing to innovative AI-powered products and enterprise applications. We are looking for someone with strong programming fundamentals who actively leverages AI coding tools to build high-quality software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build RESTful APIs, backend services, and database integrations.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js / Next.js.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools for development, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews and deployments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or Next.js.
• Experience with at least one backend technology: Python (FastAPI), Node.js, or .NET Core.
• Understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively while independently understanding, reviewing, and debugging generated code.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to LLM APIs and AI application development.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and application deployment.
• Experience developing and deploying end-to-end applications.

Qualifications

• Developers with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong development skills and practical project experience.
• Individuals comfortable working with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Self-driven learners who take ownership, solve problems independently, and enjoy building real products.
