About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Cinematography role based in Hyderabad. The cinematographer will plan and execute visual storytelling for brand films, commercials, social media content, and other video projects, collaborating closely with directors, producers, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-production planning.
• Selecting and setting up cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment.
• Capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the project’s creative vision and brand guidelines.
• Coordinating with production crews.
• Maintaining visual consistency across shoots.
• Overseeing on-set composition and lighting.
• Working with post-production teams to ensure the final output reflects the intended look and feel.
• Staying updated on visual trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cinematography skills, including strong understanding of composition, framing, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems, lenses, lighting setups, and related production equipment.
• Knowledge of color theory, exposure, and basic post-production workflows.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and collaborate effectively with directors, producers, and creative teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working on-site in dynamic environments.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous cinematography work.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is valued.
