About the Company

Ai Meet Notes is an early-stage AI startup building a meeting notetaker for Google Meet. The product delivers summaries, decisions, action items, transcripts, and recordings directly to users' inboxes without requiring a bot to join the meeting. The company works with agencies and small businesses across India and offers interns the opportunity to contribute directly to customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to agency owners, founders, and small business teams through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
• Explain the product clearly, understand prospect needs, and book product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads, maintain an accurate lead sheet, and keep activity records organised.
• Share feedback from prospects to improve the product positioning and sales pitch.
• Participate in demos and support the onboarding of new customers.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience is required; this may include an internship, part-time role, freelance work, or field sales.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in messaging and calling people who are not previously known to you.
• Organised, self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Access to a laptop or smartphone and a stable internet connection.
