Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for the hotel’s marketing materials, including digital campaigns, social media posts, print collateral, and in-house signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Producing artwork for promotional events and packages.
• Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to support communication needs.
• Refining existing designs.
• Maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels.
• Preparing files for print and digital distribution.
• Assisting in photo editing.
• Assisting in layout design.
• Occasionally coordinating with external vendors or agencies for production.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color, and visual composition.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve the hotel’s visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography and related design principles for clear and appealing communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into impactful visual concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Hospitality or marketing design experience is an advantage.
