Creative Designer
Project Alpha
About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer who enjoys turning ideas into clear, thoughtful visual communication. You’ll work across learning materials, content, brand communication, and design systems. You don’t need years of experience, but you should have strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Work On
- Learning & Programme Design: Student workbooks, trainer presentations, and parent-facing reports.
- Content & Communication: Structuring raw content and creating clear, consistent layouts.
- Brand & Marketing: Social creatives, school posters, event collateral, and campaign assets.
- Design Systems: Building reusable templates and maintaining visual consistency across typography, colour, spacing, and grids.
- AI & Emerging Tools: Exploring AI design tools and creating clear headings or simple copy when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
- Ability to design clean presentations and structured multi-page documents.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and content clarity.
- A portfolio showcasing structured, content-led design.
- Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a drive to improve.
Tools
- Essential: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Good to have: Figma and AI design tools.
- Experience with educational design, young audiences, branding systems, or visual guidelines is a plus.
Hiring Process
Shortlisted candidates will receive raw, unstructured content to develop into a workbook page or presentation slide. We’ll assess your approach to structure, clarity, and layout—not just the final visual.
