About the Role

The Omni Sport Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on helping customers discover and enjoy sports that suit their needs and goals. The advisor welcomes and guides customers on the shop floor, provides expert product recommendations across multiple sports, and ensures an engaging, inclusive in-store experience.

• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain product benefits, and work with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated passion for multiple sports and willingness to continuously learn about new disciplines and equipment.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify needs, provide solutions, and create positive in-store experiences.
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekend and holiday shifts when required.
• Relevant education in sports science, physical education, or related fields is an advantage.
