About the Role

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO) is a premium sports and entertainment company. TKO owns iconic properties including UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world’s premier bull riding organization.

Reports to: Senior Director, AI Products & Platforms

Level: Senior Manager equivalent, individual contributor

Location: United States. Full East Coast business-day overlap required; East Coast base preferred, not required.

This role builds the core of verified agents, skills, and Glean projects that encode how TKO actually works, intended to be reused across business units. It is a hands-on build role that involves understanding team workflows, identifying common patterns for reuse, and building canonical versions of these capabilities.

The Most Important Thing About This Role

This is a builder, not a coordinator. The individual must be able to open Glean, write prompts and instruction sets, wire up sources and actions, test thoroughly, and ship working agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the verified core: Create a deliberately small set of agents, skills, and Glean projects that are verified, documented, supported, and reused.
  • Personally build and ship verified cross-functional artifacts, including politically visible and technically awkward ones.
  • Own these artifacts as products, ensuring they have named absorbing owners, a feedback cadence, a stated scope, and a versioning/update path.
  • Establish and maintain the definition of "verified" at TKO: tested against real intents, documented scope and limits, known owner, monitored, and safe for other teams to build upon.
  • Define and hold the quality bar for agent launches, including top user intents coverage, out-of-scope handling, human handoff path, success measures, and initial monitoring.
  • Design and run the evaluation for every agent, using it as a launch gate.
  • Run post-launch reviews on every agent, with documented hypotheses and decisions for low-adoption agents.
  • Diagnose and fix failures at the platform level, escalating genuine product gaps with reproducible cases.
  • Workflow discovery and business understanding: Identify what belongs in the verified core by understanding underlying work.
  • Engage directly with teams across business units to understand their genuine workflows.
  • Separate workflows from requests, identifying underlying processes and judging if they are TKO-wide patterns.
  • Analyze requests from multiple business units to identify common capabilities worth building.
  • Provide recommendations on where to concentrate efforts for verified builds, single-business builds, or self-builds.
  • Maintain an understanding of workflow coverage across TKO.
  • Build trust across business units while communicating prioritization logic.
  • Pattern library and self-serve build: Enable teams to build their own agents competently.
  • Build and maintain the pattern library: templates, worked examples, reference instruction sets, and annotated examples.
  • Publish the logic for what belongs in the verified core versus what teams should build themselves.
  • Run agent-building working sessions for capability transfer.
  • Ensure the verified core is genuinely extensible for teams to build upon.
  • Solve discovery for the internal agent catalog, ensuring agents are surfaced, named, described, and ranked effectively.
  • Promote well-solved processes from one business unit into the library and verified core when generalized.
  • Training and capability transfer: Design and deliver hands-on agent-building training.
  • Lead training sessions personally, building the curriculum from real builds.
  • Teach teams to build for themselves, including when to extend verified skills.
  • Hand over the framework and materials to the change and enablement team for repeat delivery.
  • Produce day-one and role-based starting-point content for new cohorts.
  • Honestly assess team readiness to build independently.
  • Roadmap and demand visibility: Maintain visibility into the verified core and upcoming work.
  • Maintain a current view of the verified core and upcoming agents, skills, and Glean projects.
  • Provide a known path for teams to surface workflow demand, used as input for prioritization.
  • Keep decisions traceable regarding what was built, declined, or pushed back.
  • Operating rhythm: Focus on shipped deliverables.
  • Issue a short weekly written update: what shipped, what is blocked, what decision is needed.
  • Maintain a live action log for build commitments.
  • Come to reviews with recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Surface risks early.

First 90 Days

  • Days 1 to 30: Hands-on platform and workflow engagement.
  • Build and ship at least three verified artifacts, including two from the existing priority backlog.
  • Map workflows directly with at least four teams across different business units.
  • Start the pattern library with initial templates and worked examples.
  • Publish the current view of the verified core and upcoming work.
  • Issue the first weekly written update.
  • Days 31 to 60: Core takes shape, teams start building.
  • Formulate a read on TKO-wide workflow patterns and recommend verified core inclusions.
  • Complete Pattern Library v1 with templates, worked examples, and reference instruction sets.
  • Deliver the first hands-on training cohort, with at least three teams independently shipping their own agent.
  • Establish absorbing owners and feedback cadences for all shipped verified artifacts.
  • Publish and apply the definition of "verified."
  • Prepare Wave 2 build assets.
  • Days 61 to 90: Core and library carry the work.
  • Solve discovery for the current catalog.
  • Deliver the second training cohort, and hand off curriculum for repeat delivery.
  • Run post-launch reviews for all verified artifacts.
  • Promote at least one BU-built agent into the verified core.
  • The verified core is small, trusted, and depended on by multiple business units, with teams independently shipping agents from the library.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable portfolio of AI agents, assistants, or automations personally built and shipped for production use.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Deep hands-on fluency with at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Glean, Copilot, Claude, Agentforce, or comparable), including prompt and instruction design, retrieval and permissions behavior, and tool/action wiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run evaluations: building test sets from real user intents, defining success criteria, and measuring fallback and error rates.
  • Ability to diagnose agent failure at the platform level and distinguish between retrieval, permissions, instruction, source-coverage, and intent-scope causes.
  • Experience teaching others to build: training, enablement sessions, office hours, or a documented pattern library that others adopted.
  • Demonstrated judgment working across autonomous business units or divisions, identifying common capabilities, building once and reusing, and holding a defensible "no."
  • Evidence of building reusable supported capability rather than volume, such as shared components or templates.
  • Based in the United States and able to work a full East Coast business day.

Preferred

  • Track record owning adoption and usage outcomes for an enterprise tool.
  • Business analysis, process mapping, or solutions consulting background applied to technical delivery.
  • Experience running a demand intake and prioritization mechanism as a published process.
  • Experience establishing governance for AI systems.
  • Program management discipline.
  • Experience working alongside a strategic vendor relationship.
  • Enablement or change management background.
  • Experience in a multi-brand or federated operating environment.
  • Media, sports, entertainment, or live events exposure.
