About the Role

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their Stewarding team. As a Stewarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
