About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site CFA / CA inter role based in Noida. The role involves assisting with financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting finance and accounting operations, and contributing to accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing transactional data.
• Reconciling accounts.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Preparing financial summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with senior finance team members to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Supporting audits.
• Providing analytical insights that help guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in CFA program or CA inter qualification, or equivalent professional certification in progress.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, basic taxation concepts, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in Finance.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and support business decisions.
• Skills in Financial Planning to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Skills in Financial Statements to prepare, review, and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Skills in Financial Reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
