About the Role

The Order To Cash Operations New Associate will manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and invoices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash operations and collections processing.
