Artificial Intelligence Product Developer

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Product Developer will design, build, and refine AI-driven features and products that enhance the digital experiences TechCognate delivers to its clients. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models and intelligent automation into web and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and prototyping AI use cases.
• Developing and testing algorithms.
• Preparing training data.
• Optimizing models for performance and scalability.
• Documenting technical solutions.
• Ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Supporting deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI products in production environments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with common algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Ability to integrate AI components into web or mobile applications in collaboration with front-end and back-end developers.
• Skills in data processing and analysis, including working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience preparing training datasets.
• Experience using tools such as SQL, pandas, or similar data handling libraries.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, from discovery and prototyping through testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Focus on user-centered design and business impact.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience is also valued.
