Responsibilities
- Understand US requisitions, tech stacks, and work authorization requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases using Boolean/X-ray searches.
- Screen candidates on skills, experience, availability, location, rate, and visa status.
- Submit quality profiles within agreed timelines and update the ATS accurately.
- Coordinate with US recruiters and meet daily and weekly targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years in US IT staffing or technical sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searching.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
- Work from Office in Chennai.
- Notice Period: Within 15 days.
Good to have
- Experience with Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva.
