About the Role

Yokogawa is seeking a System Engineer to focus on the detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems. This role involves close collaboration with project engineers, EPCs, and End-Users to ensure timely approval of engineering documentation and technical resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detail design drawings, engineering calculations, and bills of materials from customer specifications.
• Perform detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems, including Analyzer Houses, Sample Systems, Cabinets, and Racks.
• Generate engineering calculations such as Stream composition Flash Points and Dew Points, Sample Lag Times, Wake Frequency, Rotameters sizing, and Power Consumptions for On-Line Process Analyzer Systems.
• Prepare specifications for components of Analyzer Systems, including HVACs, Electrical Panel Boards, Junction Boxes, Lights, Valves, Sample System Items, Pipes, etc.
• Evaluate supplier quotes for technical feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
• Design all aspects of Analyzer Shelters, encompassing Structural Design, UPS, HVAC, Grounding, Fire & Gas systems, Lighting, Electrical Utilities, Cable Selection and Routing, and Networking and Communication Equipment.
• Support customers on technical aspects for timely approval of engineering documentation, leading technical clarification meetings and providing resolutions.
• Apply Design Engineering Skills, Best Analytical Practices, and Process Analytical Standards to ensure satisfaction of EPCs / End-Users.
• Adhere to QMS/QHSE requirements and Company Compliance Policy.
• Conduct business ethically and in compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems.
• Experience with Analyzer Houses, Sample Systems, Cabinets, and Racks.
• Proficiency in generating Engineering Calculations for On-Line Process Analyzer Systems.
• Experience in preparing specifications for various components, including HVACs, Electrical Panel Boards, Junction Boxes, Lights, Valves, Sample System Items, and Pipes.
• Experience in evaluating supplier quotes for technical feasibility.
• Experience in designing Analyzer Shelters, including Structural Design, UPS, HVAC, Grounding, Fire & Gas systems, Lighting, Electrical Utilities, Cable Selection and Routing, and Networking and Communication Equipment.
• Ability to lead technical clarification meetings with EPCs / End-Users.
