About the Role

Aravali Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role involves overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth within a growing infrastructure and real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations: bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST and TDS.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors.
• Manage budgeting, cost analysis for projects, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial reporting for management.
• Support process improvements and implement internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to aid decision-making.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute.
• Strong core accounting and financial reporting skills, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Expertise in taxation and compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Skills in audit, internal controls, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating statutory and internal audits.
• Financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets and financial models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in infrastructure or real estate sectors is an advantage.
