Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured Azure training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and real-time project guidance.
• Prepare and update course materials.
• Create practical examples and use cases.
• Conduct assessments.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to learners.
• Stay current with Azure services and best practices.
• Incorporate emerging cloud technologies into the curriculum.
• Support the development of eLearning content such as recorded sessions and tutorials.
• Collaborate with the academic coordination team to schedule batches.
• Support placement-related technical evaluations.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve training quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure fundamentals, including core cloud concepts, Azure administration, and Azure services such as compute, storage, and networking.
• Skills in Azure security, identity and access management, monitoring, and governance.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with development workflows.
• Ability to design clear training content, including curriculum planning, presentation development, lab exercises, and practical case studies.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools, recording platforms, and LMS-based content delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305) are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer or corporate instructor in cloud or related fields.
