Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Reach out to HR professionals, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present Hirevoo's recruitment solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate commercials and close new business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, HR Tech, or B2B Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
