About the Role
Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking compassionate changemakers to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. This entry-level role offers a clear growth pathway, free college or tuition reimbursement, recognition for milestones, flexible schedules, and paid training.
Key Responsibilities
- Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills.
- Bring energy and compassion to each session in various settings (child's home, CSD centers, community).
- Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate client progress.
- Work in a flexible, on-the-go role where days vary.
What Success Looks Like
- Children achieving life-changing milestones, such as saying a new word, sharing, or joining in play.
- Families experiencing hope and relief due to observed progress.
- Personal growth through paid training, coaching, and career milestones.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Monday - Friday 3pm-8pm availability.
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella)
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Willingness to complete training and documentation
- Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client
- Constant visual stimulation (including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work)
- Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair
- Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening
- Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing
- Frequent typing, use of computer
- Occasional walking around building
- Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling
- Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds
- Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
