Delivery Driver, No CDL Required

About the Role

S3 Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Tyler, TX. This is a fast-paced, active role for a Non CDL Delivery Driver with competitive pay and benefits. Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Compensation

• $22.50/hour (paid bi-weekly)

Work Schedule

• Full Time: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (40 hours or less typical)
• Part Time: 3-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (30 hours or less typical)
• Includes a minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift.

Work Location

• In person
• Start and end day at warehouse: 12152 County Road 334, Tyler, TX 75703
• Deliveries throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along assigned delivery routes.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle at the warehouse.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company delivery vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes.
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Non CDL driver's license (non-provisional or unrestricted)
• Smartphone device

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you).
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.
• No prior delivery experience is required; paid training is provided.

Hiring Process

• Approximately 1-2 weeks to complete.
• May take longer for out-of-state driver's licenses.
