Role Overview

Provides skilled physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients, focusing on evaluation and personalized treatment plans. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, offering education and making referrals as needed. Delegates tasks to assistants and students based on their skill levels, ensuring quality care. Completes accurate documentation and conducts assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers and educates patients and families.
• Delegates interventions to assistants and students with clear communication.
• Maintains thorough documentation in line with policies.
• Conducts assessments, re-assessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred).
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
• No prior experience required.
• Supervision experience not necessary.
