About the Role

We are looking for a people-focused, organized go-getter to join our team as an Onsite Account Manager. This role will be based at a client location, managing staffing needs, recruiting candidates, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will serve as the face of our team onsite, working closely with both the customer and job seekers to ensure a smooth and successful hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard candidates for the client.
• Support daily staffing operations onsite.
• Attend customer meetings and provide updates.
• Deliver top-notch service to both candidates and the client.
• Use internal systems to track progress and hit performance goals.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (some flexibility may be needed).
• Pay: $50,000–$55,000 starting salary.
• Extras: Bonus potential based on recruiting success.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and basic office software.
