Account Servicing Associate

About the Role

Robinhood's Account Operations team is essential to supporting the growth of Robinhood and supporting customers at critical points of their relationship with Robinhood. As an Account Servicing Associate, you’ll serve as an integral part in our account opening and maintenance processes. This role is based in our Denver, CO, Westlake, TX office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Review internal escalations from vendors and internal employees on operational case or process escalations.
• Review customer-related documents for completeness and process any vital changes in customer accounts.
• Consistently meet efficiency goals with minimal error.
• Act as subject matter authority in the firm account opening and maintenance processes with the ability to clearly communicate this with other teams and customers with outstanding customer service.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies within processes and suggest improvements to departmental leadership.
• Perform daily account maintenance requests while interacting and troubleshooting with internal partners for more sophisticated account issues related to customer accounts such as deactivating and reactivating accounts, levy notice processing, updating customer information ( CX, Legal, Compliance, Clearing Operations, etc.).
• Utilize AI-tooling to increase individual efficiency and accuracy within the subject matter area.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to meet productivity goals.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Ability to make appropriate independent decisions within established frameworks.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $20.40—$24 USD per hour (for Zone 2 locations: Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL).

Note: Base pay depends on factors like education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.
