Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy & aquatherapy assessments and treatments.
• Manage a designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
• Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological & complex conditions.
• Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement & review treatments.
• Monitor progress and modify rehabilitation plans for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records as per professional standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment & discharge planning.
• Educate patients, caregivers & relatives effectively.
• Deliver care considering cultural, social, cognitive & physical needs.
• Contribute to service development, research & aquatherapy documentation.
• Assist in training therapy assistants and students.
• Work independently with senior therapist support available.

Communication & Collaboration

• Clear and empathetic communication with patients & caregivers.
• Professional coordination with healthcare teams.
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases confidently.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) is mandatory.
