About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst – Retail Industries will support end-to-end supply chain performance for Crepdog Crew’s sneaker, streetwear, and accessory categories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing demand patterns.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Optimizing inventory across retail locations and warehouses.
- Tracking supply chain KPIs.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks.
- Recommending data-backed improvements to replenishment and distribution.
- Coordinating with merchandising, purchasing, and store teams to ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and efficient flows from suppliers to shelves.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel or similar analytics software proficiency.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Solid Supply Chain Operations knowledge to manage replenishment, warehousing, and logistics processes in a retail environment.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and support decision-making using metrics and trends.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management stakeholders.
- Experience in retail or fashion supply chains.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Saket.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are an advantage.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
