Role Description

This part-time remote role supports Construtora JF Moriá Ltda's technology infrastructure for civil construction and public service projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, deployment, and monitoring of cloud environments.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
• Support database configuration and basic administration tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and software developers to implement secure, scalable solutions.
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Participate in routine system checks and performance analysis.
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams.
• Manage tasks independently and follow established processes and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cloud infrastructure and operations skills.
• Exposure to Cloud Computing platforms and basic Infrastructure concepts.
• Foundational Software Development skills for automation, scripting, and integration of cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration, including command-line usage, system monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Databases, including basic design principles, queries, and performance considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and security.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to follow documented procedures.
• Interest in infrastructure for civil construction and public-sector projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• A degree or certification is beneficial but not strictly required.
• Prior exposure to engineering or construction environments is a plus.
