About the Role
The Site Engineer role at Elan Enterprises is a full-time position based in Chennai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong on-site supervision skills.
- Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Quality control and inspection skills.
- Structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Chennai, with flexibility to be present on site as project needs require.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices, basic project documentation, and relevant codes or regulations is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
