Process Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in Chennai. The Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for network product lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process performance data.
• Implement process control strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and maintenance to standardize procedures, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
• Prepare documentation, work instructions, and reports.
• Support compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Process Engineering skills.
• Process Design skills.
• Experience in developing and improving manufacturing workflows.
• Expertise in Process Control.
• Analytical Skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize key process parameters.
• Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline relevant to process industries.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency with process simulation or CAD tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are preferred.
