Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for handling equity dealing operations for retail clients, including opening demat and trading accounts, providing equity-related services and reports, and assisting clients with their investment needs. The role also requires basic proficiency in Excel and general IT/technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades for retail clients with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist clients in opening Demat and trading accounts and guide them through onboarding formalities.
• Provide equity-related reports, statements, and updates as required by clients.
• Communicate market-related information, basic insights, and service updates to clients.
• Maintain client records, account documentation, and transaction data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation and client servicing.
• Address client queries regarding equity-related services and processes.
• Use Excel and internal systems to prepare reports, track data, and manage client requests.
• Follow compliance guidelines, risk management practices, and operational protocols.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
• IT skills for handling trading platforms and internal software

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of equity markets and trading processes.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle client queries, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in broking/equity dealing is an advantage.
• NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination (Mandatory)
