Key Responsibilities
- Prepares boards for assembly by studying work instructions, procedures, blueprint specifications, and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembles and inspects assemblies under magnification in accordance with standardized processes, procedures, and methods.
- Performs adjustments or replacements of component parts.
- Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, or written instructions.
- Recognizes subtle functional problems, defective parts, or other abnormalities.
- Handles various types of assemblies and must be able to learn to perform any new assembly task.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with soldering iron.
- Lead trimming skills preferred.
