Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.
• Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Excellent spoken English; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Confident communicators with a customer-first attitude.
• Interested in sales, travel, and target-driven roles.
• Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
