Full-Time Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role is all about connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high energy store experience—while helping the team hit sales goals. Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who help customers find the right styles and fits, support daily store operations, and keep the store looking fresh and ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Sales
• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care.
• Store Ops & Execution
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
