About the Role
The Travel Consultant role at The Trip Holic is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, and designing customized itineraries that may include flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities. The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, handle reservations and bookings, and ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and vendor offerings.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Supporting overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors.
- Relevant experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
