Marketing Associate

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing activities.
• Implement marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Assist with promotional activities for eye care services.
• Conduct basic market research.
• Track campaign performance.
• Prepare marketing reports.
• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate events or outreach programs.
• Assist with patient communication materials.
• Collaborate with sales or front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret patient and regional market data for decision-making.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support campaigns, promotions, and patient outreach initiatives.
• Project Management skills to organize marketing activities, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Familiarity with healthcare or eye care services is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
