Key Responsibilities
- Make calls using provided contact details and guidance, sharing clear, relevant information.
- Speak with contacts in English or Hindi, listen carefully, and respond professionally to basic queries.
- Record call outcomes, key details, and follow-up needs in MS Excel or the designated tracking format.
- Follow up on assigned contacts at the agreed time and update records when responses or contact details change.
- Escalate questions or requests needing team member input.
- Help maintain organised call lists by checking entries for missing or inconsistent information.
- Share concise updates on completed calls, pending follow-ups, and any issues affecting outreach.
Qualifications
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
