About the Role
Join our growing Mumbai team as a Research Analyst, focusing on fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, and IPO assignments for startups, SMEs, and MSMEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models, pitch decks, business plans, valuations, company profiles, and industry reports.
- Analyze startups and growth companies to assess business models and fundraising requirements.
- Develop investor presentations, annual reports, FAQs, fact sheets, and shareholder communications.
- Identify relevant investors and coordinate investor meetings.
- Draft DRHP/RHP chapters for SME and Mainboard listings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams on IPO and capital market transactions.
- Build connections with anchor investors, institutional investors, HNIs, and family offices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Canva skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- CFA, Master’s in Finance, or PGDM with a Finance specialisation.
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
