About the Role
Greentern is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join their consulting and projects team. This role will involve working on diverse Analytics, Technology transformation, and implementation projects across Asia. The Business Analyst will support the client-facing core projects team with reports, data analysis, presentations, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and manage data from various tools.
- Derive and summarize insights from data.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Create visual representations of data and facts.
- Learn and utilize client tools for CRM, Data, Campaign Management, marketing automation, and other related areas.
- Articulate and communicate insights and findings to the regional consulting team.
- Understand the business value chain and offerings.
- Create data and customer segments.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Available for full-time, in-office role in Bangalore.
- Relevant skills and interests.
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or internship in a similar field is preferred.
- Open to freshers, with a possibility of an internship convertible to full-time based on performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Graduates with an Engineering or Data Science/Analytics Degree.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience in a relevant role.
- Preference for candidates from premier institutes or with an excellent academic track record.
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
