Pre-sales Executive

About the Role

The Pre-sales Executive role at Shri Bhagwati Machines is responsible for managing qualified leads from the CRM team to identify and qualify potential prospects, arrange technical discussions via video meetings, and coordinate factory or sales representative visits to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming qualified leads from the CRM team.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects.
• Coordinate video meetings for technical discussions.
• Arrange factory visits or sales representative visits to strengthen customer engagement and support business conversion.
• Call pending follow-ups and qualified leads to schedule video conferences and factory visits.
• Coordinate with the CRM team for incoming leads, customers, and prospects for inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for product discussions and video meetings.
• Coordinate with sales representatives for factory visits and customer visits.
• Communicate lead updates, escalations, and sales conversion progress to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Basic technical knowledge of CRM systems and online business portals.
• Good telecalling and customer follow-up skills.
• Good video call attending experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
• Strong technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and coordinate technical discussions.
• Capability to manage calling software, schedule meetings, and maintain customer records efficiently.
