About the Role
Springs Window Fashions is seeking a strategic and analytical intern to support dealer experience programs. This role offers hands-on experience in business analytics, dashboard development, reporting, process documentation, and communications aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet.
- Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives.
- Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities.
- Generate monthly opportunity lists highlighting missed milestones and account growth potential.
- Maintain and enhance Inside Sales communications, presentations, and training materials.
- Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Interest in partner/channel strategy and incentive design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools is preferred.
