About the Role
The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining LeaseEZY’s web applications and digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrating third-party APIs.
- Improving site performance and stability.
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Maintaining documentation.
- Continuously enhancing the platform to support tenants and property owners more effectively.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Front-End Development and Web Design skills.
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills.
- Comprehensive Web Development skills across the full stack.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with server-side languages or frameworks such as Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or similar.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Capacity to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in real estate or B2B platforms is a plus.
