About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Laundry Attendant role. The role involves collecting, sorting, and processing hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating washers and dryers.
• Loading and unloading machines safely.
• Using appropriate detergents and chemicals.
• Monitoring equipment for proper functioning.
• Folding, organizing, and storing clean laundry.
• Maintaining a clean and safe laundry area.
• Reporting any damaged or missing items.
• Occasionally interacting with guests or team members to respond to requests.
• Supporting housekeeping and ensuring an adequate supply of clean linens.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform core laundry operations, including Laundry and Laundry Services, with attention to cleanliness and fabric care.
• Experience or comfort with operating and maintaining Dryers and related laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reliability and time management skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry laundry items for extended periods, following safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Prior hotel or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required.
