Key Responsibilities

• Review operational activities and data for accuracy.
• Identify deviations and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain quality records.
• Communicate quality-related findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to established quality management systems through proactive engagement, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
• Quality Management practices (documentation, audits, corrective and preventive actions).
• Adherence to standards such as ISO 9001 and related frameworks.
• Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends or deviations, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Communication skills (clear written and verbal reporting, collaboration with cross-functional and remote teams).
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, quality management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, medical devices, or pharmaceutical supply chains is highly beneficial.
