About the Role
Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Houston team. This is an opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Identify great candidates for our healthcare team.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews.
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Work with recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date.
- Work closely with our HR team to help meet hiring goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Genuinely enjoys talking to people and building connections.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and learning new software.
- Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- No previous recruiting or HR experience required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $17–$19/hour
