Role Description

As a Co-Founder at Vivaham 360, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and growth in the Indian wedding and events space. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, involving close collaboration with core team members, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and refining the business model.
• Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Building strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
• Leading market research efforts to identify new opportunities, optimize offerings, and improve operational processes.
• Setting performance goals.
• Managing budgets.
• Supervising small cross-functional teams.
• Representing Vivaham 360 at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand market trends, customer needs, and business performance.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with partners, and engage with clients.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth, convert leads, and manage key accounts.
• Marketing skills to build brand awareness, design campaigns, and promote services across channels.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.

• Experience in event management, weddings, or hospitality is highly beneficial.
