Business Analyst

About the Role

This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role is based in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for operational and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of efficient workflows and solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between departments.
• Monitor the performance of implemented changes to ensure measurable business impact.
• Assist in developing business cases.
• Support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is desirable.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
